HOW IT WORKS:
The pre-party and check-in location will be F1 ARCADE BAR, located in The Cesar Forum Shops, from 7:45PM-9PM. After that, our hosts will escort the group to Omnia Nightclub, where you will receive free, express entry. ( Very short walk)

📍 F1 ARCADE BAR (Cesar Forum Shops), 7:45 PM – 9 PM
The pre-party (and check-in location) will be F1 ARCADE BAR, located in The Cesar Forum Shops. You can enter the venue near the Forum Shop Valet. Our hosts will be waiting for you and can be identified by blue lanyards with host badges. Please arrive no later than 8:45PM.
LATE CHECK-IN OPTION
If you’re absolutely unable to arrive by 8:45 PM, we do offer a late check-in option from 9:30PM-11PM at VISTA LOUNGE, located in Caesars Palace (STRICT 11PM cutoff). You’ll receive your wristband for entry to Omnia Nightclub, however late check-ins do NOT receive express entry and will enter Omnia through the General Admission line.
REFUND POLICY: LA Epic Club Crawls Cash refunds ONLY until October 1st, 2025. After that, strict no cash refund policy. After October 1st, if you cancel by December 1st, you may receive a credit in the amount you paid. After December 1st, no refunds or credits will be given.This event will take place, rain or shine. Refunds will not be given for poor weather.
DRESS CODE! Dress-code is strictly enforced, so please dress to impress.
