Join us for a children’s story, arts, and crafts aboard our historic Union Pacific dining car. Trains depart 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm, and 4:00pm. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children.
The museum will host the Boulder City Historic Preservation Commission’s annual Historic Preservation Day. Welcome reception at 8:00am History of the Boulder City Branch Line and museum 8:30am Museum Preservation Activities Tour 9:00am Other activities to be announced by the commission.

Enjoy a range of model and toy train layouts with holiday décor and purchase that special gift for the train lover in your family. Displays are in the museum’s maintenance facility and are open to the public between 10:00am and 4:00pm on Saturday, December 17th and Sunday, December 18th.

To promote education concerning Nevada’s railroading history and culture, and to say thanks to all the families who support the museum throughout the year, children age 17 and under will receive free train rides Nevada Day weekend.
