Treaty Oak Revival

Friday at The Theater at Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, Treaty Oak Revival brings their West Texas country-rock to a 7:00 PM show — a hard-charging band from the Red Dirt circuit that plays with more punk and Southern rock in the mix than the country label suggests.
Singer Sam Canty describes the band as “rock with a country accent,” and their booking agent has called them as much a punk band as a country band — the live show makes both claims feel accurate at the same time. Las Vegas gets a band that has been building its national profile one road date at a time, and is clearly on the way up.
