Saturday morning at Sphere opens the weekend with an 11:00 AM curtain — an early start that makes The Wizard of Oz a first act for the rest of your Las Vegas day.
Creative director Zack Winokur and a team that includes Oscar-winning VFX specialist Ben Grossmann and editor Jennifer Lame rebuilt this 1939 classic for a 160,000-square-foot 16K screen. Live haptics, wind, fog, and scent effects run throughout every screening. The result plays like nothing else on earth: immersive, multi-sensory, and completely its own thing.
