The Wizard of Oz at Sphere

Wednesday, July 29 at 8:00 PM, Sphere closes out the month with a late evening show of The Wizard of Oz — atmospheric fog fills the Haunted Forest sequence while towering fire bursts light up the Wizard’s chamber after dark on the Las Vegas Strip.
This production uses Sphere’s physical effect systems at their fullest: wind arrays, fog machines, infrasound haptic seats, pyrotechnics, and UAV-flown flying monkeys, all in service of a story you already know by heart. Las Vegas has a way of making familiar things feel genuinely new.
