Catch the Friday, June 5 afternoon show at Sphere and you will see something no cinema has ever attempted: life-size flying monkeys deployed via UAV technology directly above the audience during the Haunted Forest sequence.
This production of The Wizard of Oz builds the 1939 film into a fully staged 4D environment, with more than 1,800 AI-generated elements expanding the original imagery across Sphere’s 160,000-square-foot display in every direction. Friday afternoons in Las Vegas were made for exactly this kind of thing.
