Thursday afternoon, October 1 at 2:00 PM — Sphere steps into October with a matinee showing of The Wizard of Oz that’s become one of the Strip’s steadiest draws.
The production is a 4D film experience designed around Sphere’s unique capabilities: 160,000 square feet of 16K LED, haptic seating, and a live effects rig that delivers wind, fog, and scent on cue. Google AI and VFX studio Magnopus rebuilt the original footage for the screen; a full orchestra re-recorded Herbert Stothart’s score. A Thursday afternoon in October doesn’t get more Las Vegas than this.
