Taylor Williamson, the dry, self-deprecating runner-up from Season 8 of America’s Got Talent, plays Jimmy Kimmel’s Comedy Club on Friday, August 14 at 7:30 PM. His awkward-everyman persona has been earning him comparisons to Zach Galifianakis since he first started performing at 17.
Williamson also went deep on Last Comic Standing and remains a judges’ favorite — Heidi Klum named him her all-time favorite AGT act years later. A Friday-night comedy show with that kind of backstory is exactly what Las Vegas was made for.
