A Las Vegas-based stand-up who performs regularly on the national touring circuit and in his own backyard, James wraps up the week with a loose, personal, musically-tinged set that has earned him a dedicated local and national following. His comedy draws from Richard Pryor’s emotional vulnerability and Mitch Hedberg’s economy of language in equal measure. A Sunday finale with a hometown headliner this good is a fine way to send the pre-Christmas week out on a high note.
