The Spazmatics kick off the month at South Point Hotel and Casino’s arena on Saturday, June 6 at 10:30 PM — late-night Las Vegas exactly as it should be.
This long-running 80s cover act goes all in on the decade’s sound and its visual absurdity: thick-rimmed glasses, pocket protectors, plaid pants, and razor-tight performances of new wave and synth-pop hits. The band plays Devo, Flock of Seagulls, A Flock of Seagulls, The Cars, and a dozen other touchstones with real musical precision underneath the comedy. It’s a live dance party that commits to the bit from the first song to the last, and the South Point arena floor fills up fast.
