By the Sunday before Christmas, the city is fully in the holiday spirit, and NBT’s production of Balanchine’s classic matches that energy precisely: the company’s professional dancers, the art deco set and costume design, and Tchaikovsky’s music filling this gorgeous Las Vegas concert hall one afternoon before the final holiday stretch begins.
