Sunday August 16 at 9:30 PM at Comedy Cellar Las Vegas at the Rio: a late Sunday closer with five rotating headliners working through the showcase in the underground room while most of Las Vegas is starting to wrap up the weekend. That late slot draws a crowd still going, and the Comedy Cellar meets them there.
Five headliner-level comics, each with 15 to 20 minutes of material, 90 minutes of adults-only 18-and-up stand-up in a 300-seat room designed after the Greenwich Village original. The rotating weekly lineup for this August Sunday is assembled and announced fresh. Late Sunday at the Comedy Cellar in Las Vegas is its own kind of night, later than expected and worth it.
