Wednesday August 12 at 9:30 PM, Comedy Cellar Las Vegas at the Rio goes late midweek with five rotating headliners each getting proper stage time in the underground room. Fifteen to twenty minutes per comic is a meaningful set, enough to build and land material, and the Comedy Cellar’s format gives that to every person on the bill.
The rotating weekly lineup for August 12 is assembled fresh and announced close to showtime, five headliner-caliber stand-ups doing their best work in a 300-seat room at the Rio that was designed to mirror the original New York Comedy Cellar. Adults-only 18-and-up showcase, 90 minutes total. Late Wednesday in Las Vegas runs well here.
