The Comedy Cellar’s showcase model was built for rooms like this one: small, attentive, built for comedy rather than spectacle. Five rotating headliners each put in 15 to 20 minutes in a space that replicates the original club’s underground New York feel, brick walls and all. Late Monday at this Las Vegas room has a steady, no-nonsense energy all its own.
