SUMMARY:Veteran’s Day Ceremony at Henderson
DESCRIPTION:The annual event pays tribute to our patriots and military heroes and includes a presentation of the names being added to the Henderson Veterans Memorial Wall\, recognition of veterans’ organizations\, presentation of colors and a special musical performance by the Henderson Symphony Orchestra. \nThis year’s Veterans Day Ceremony will be held on Saturday\, Nov. 8 at 10 a.m. at the Water Street Plaza Amphitheater. \nThe Henderson Veterans Memorial Wall was dedicated in November 1994\, and local veterans are honored annually at Henderson’s Veterans Day Ceremony. Constructed as a community tribute to our hometown veterans\, names are added to panels of the wall honoring all veterans who lived in Henderson at the time of their service. \nFor more information\, please call 702-267-2406.
