Each artist created work independently of one another and with no intention of ever appearing together; yet\, when shown alongside one another\, the exhibit reveals how an artist’s place\, time and environment can create unexpected and unintended connections that share human experiences. The public is invited to attend the artists’ reception on Tuesday\, May 5\, 2026\, from 5–7 p.m.  \nIn honor of Older Americans Month this May\, the exhibit celebrates seniors’ creativity. This is the fourth annual senior artist exhibit that showcases work by Reno residents aged 60 or older. Each artist created work independently of one another and with no intention of ever appearing together; yet\, when shown alongside one another\, the exhibit reveals how an artist’s place\, time and environment can create unexpected and unintended connections that share human experiences. The exhibition will run from April 13 – May 21\, 2026 at the McKinley Arts and Culture Center\, Gallery East and West. The public is invited to attend the artists’ reception on Tuesday\, May 5\, 2026\, from 5–7 p.m.  \nIn honor of Older Americans Month this May\, the exhibit celebrates seniors’ creativity. This is the fourth annual senior artist exhibit that showcases work by Reno residents aged 60 or older.
